Why is using Superior Walls the best foundation wall system?
Traditional basement walls built with brick and block and other methods of
pouring foundation walls on site are techniques that do NOT measure up to the
engineered system provided by using the Superior Walls method.
Superior Walls is an insulated precast concrete wall system that is custom
manufactured to each building's specifications. Superior Walls are
warranted for 15 years against defects in workmanship and side wall water
penetration.
DRY: wall panels are created with 5000 psi concrete for
superior strength and permanent barrier against sidewall water penetration.
WARM: warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer which
reduces your home's energy loss. This is accomplished by using 2 1/2" DOW
Extruded Polystyrene Insulation, 1" Foam Insulated Concrete Studs and 1" Foam
