1/28/10: Harring Construction Co. announces that it will be adding Collington as another master planned community to its communities in which they build. Collington is situated on almost 1200 acres of woodlands and boasts a neighborhood community center, Olympic size pool, aquatic park, tennis courts, multi-purpose fields and open space to play. Harring Construction Co. intends to continue to build architectually unique craftsman style home plans that are energy efficient which are certified EarthCraft homes. Homes will start in the $ 290's!
11/14/09: President, Jeremy Harring, successfully completed the Certified Green Professional course from the National Association of Home Builders and received the designation of CGP. This exclusive designation teaches how to incorporate green building principles into homes using cost-effective and affordable options.
3/1/09: President, Jeremy Harring, completes his certification to build EarthCraft Certified Homes. EarthCraft Homes are designed to be at least 15% more energy efficient than standard code built homes and the homes help conserve our natural resources in the environment. "Our clients will realize significant yearly savings in their utility bills and will enjoy a more comfortable home. Also, we will all take pride knowing that we are conserving our natural resources"
2/14/08: Harring Construction Co. adds a new line of Craftsman Style home plans to offer their clients. 6/12/07: Harring Construction Co. is excited to add the Rountrey subdivision to its list of communities. Rountrey is located in Midlothian with very easy access to Rt. 288, Powhite Parkway and St. Francis Hospital. Rountrey is a master planned community with first class amenities such as a community clubhouse, swimming pool, splash park, walking trails and tennis courts. Homes will start in the lower $ 300's.
