The Richmond II combines
the classic transitional look on the exterior and the size and flow of the
original Richmond plan and adds a little more style and function. The
Richmond II shows off as standard a brick veneer front along with a covered side
entry stoop for everyday use. The main floor boasts a new morning room off
the kitchen with its own fireplace with tall windows and transoms above for
greater entertaining ability or a room for relaxing while having a great view of
the rear yard. The transition between the kitchen and great room is more
elaborate with two interior columns on a short wall with an arch between.
The second floor has been redesigned to allow larger bedrooms with more windows!
The Richmond II also has the option to be built with a basement using the
Superior Walls method. |
